How long will it take to hire someone from the U.S.?
Most clients see candidates who are interviewed and vetted by us within 2 days of onboarding. Our median time to make a hire is about 2 weeks. However, we recommend starting the process at least 30 days from your desired hiring date. Faster timelines may be available upon request.

Where does your name come from?
Go Carpathian initially recruited exclusively from an area of Eastern Europe called the Carpathian Basin. After living in Eastern Europe for a few years before college, one of our founders started recruiting in this region. For more details see this video.
