How It All Started

It all began with an idea.

Having spent two years in Hungary, Nathan Fales, Go Carpathian co-founder, started his own marketing agency in college. 

While in college, I struggled to find affordable talent that was skilled enough to help me scale. Folks in the US wanted 100k+, and international recruiters wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to find a junior assistant.

After partnering with childhood friend Tim Erickson, and through a lot of trial and error, the two came up with Go Carpathian.

Today, Go Carpathian helps hundreds of business owners hire A+ talent from places like Eastern Europe, Latin America, and South Africa without paying super-expensive recruitment fees. During this journey, Nathan earned a spot as a finalist for BYU’s Entrepreneur of the Year award.

Our Mission

Go Carpathian’s mission is to promote global peace and prosperity. Nathan and Tim were recognized at the BYU Ballard Center Social Impact Conference, where Go Carpathian earned 2nd place for its commitment to social impact and innovative approach to addressing social challenges. Nathan was also a finalist for Entrepreneur of the Year, highlighting the leadership driving our vision forward.
